  • We ship to most locations worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Carrier Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by shipping carriers.

  • Once your order is handed over to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. Any issues related to transit, delivery, or tracking must be resolved directly with the carrier.

  • We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for missed deadlines due to carrier delays.


Duties, Taxes & Fees

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not reimburse or refund any customs-related charges.


Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim, we will issue a refund only after the item is returned to us in original condition.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.


Shipping Restrictions
